Strawberries and Cream Pancakes
2 cups buttermilk biscuit baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 can pressurized whipped cream
Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupsful onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Spoon strawberries over pancakes. Decorate with whipped cream.
