1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
