Candied Carrots and Walnuts
Yields 5 quarts.
4 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced carrots
1 (12 ounce) bottle pancake syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 (8 ounce) bag chopped walnuts
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
(Only the HIGH setting is recommended for this recipe.)
