Godiva Tiramisu

5 ounces Godiva Liqueur, divided
1/2 cup strong black coffee or espresso
16 to 20 ladyfingers
1 pound mascarpone cheese
2 eggs, separated
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 ounces dark chocolate, grated
