Tropical Jell-O Shots
1 large box Lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup Tropical Schnapps (by DeKuyper)
Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water. Add the cold water or substitute an equivalent amount of ice and water to cool the mixture.
When cooled, add the Schnapps. Pour into 3-ounce Dixie cups and refrigerate until set.
Yield: 16 (3-ounce) Dixie cups
