Apple-Nut Brownies
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups shredded apples
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix together dry ingredients. Beat in remaining ingredients in order. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
