Baked Coconut Pie
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1 (3.5 ounce) can coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix sugar, flour, milk, eggs, butter, coconut, vanilla and salt well with an electric beater.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
