Bourbon-Pecan Layer Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup toasted pecan bits, cooled and ground
    in a food processor
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat two 9-inch round cake pans with cooking spray; line bottoms with wax paper, then spray again. Dust with flour (or confectioners
