Cold Clam Dip
8 ounces cream cheese
2 to 4 tablespoons clam juice
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
10 1/2 ounces minced clams, drained
Soften cream cheese. Add clam juice until of desired consistency. Add seasonings and beat until smooth. Stir in clams.
Makes 2 cups.
