Health Nut Pancakes

1/3 cup quinoa flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Drop onto griddle, then fry until done.
