Litton's Restaurant Chicken Salad
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 cups well-drained sweet pickle relish
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups diced cooked chicken breast
Combine ingredients.
NOTE: Kelly Litton uses Hellmann's mayonnaise and Guilden's mustard.
