Mashed Potatoes
Boil 4 or 5 large potatoes with the skins on.
When done, drain. Leave skins on and mash with a potato masher with a generous dollop of butter. Add a dollop of sour cream, a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
