Pink Cloud Dressing
1/2 cup soy oil mayonnaise
8 ounces red raspberry yogurt
1/2 of a (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
In small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemonade. Spoon over quartered pineapple shells filled with fruit salad. Garnish with whole strawberries.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
